SHIPPING
Shipping details will automatically be calculated based on your delivery address.
Track and trace information will be provided after your payment has been received.
In all countries outside the EU and USA, shipping rates can vary depending on case size or delivery address. Please, send me an email to artesanacases@gmail, before you make the purchase, so I can calculate correctly the total amount in your invoice.
VAT 21% doesn't apply outside the EU.

RETURNS
All sales are final, but don't worry - you'll love them! Every case is guaranteed to be free of defects. If you find anything wrong with your case, just be in touch and it will be replaced.

VAT Return
VAT 21% Charges only apply to all the countries inside the EU.
If you are in the EU and have a valid VAT, write me before you make the purchase to artesanacases@gmail.com, to apply the VAT discount and calculate correctly the total amount in your invoice.
VAT (BTW) 21% must be charged in NL.
